Rooted in science & real life

It means when I support your child’s sleep, I’m not just looking at routines and wake windows. I’m looking holistically at what impacts their sleep:
The science – sleep physiology, evidence based approaches and what’s biologically appropriate for their age.
Your child as an individual – their development, emotional world and temperament.
The bigger picture – your family’s unique circumstances, values, challenges and day to day life.
Hi, I’m Maddy,
I’m a Level 6 Paediatric Sleep Practitioner and a qualified Social worker who specialises in supporting children and families. Based in West Sussex, UK
So what does that actually mean for you?
My Social work background means I’ve supported children in more complex situations too, including working alongside foster carers and adoptive parents, where sleep can be impacted by early experiences and trauma.
I bring that same trauma-informed, compassionate approach to every family I work with.
Whether you’re navigating frequent night wakings, tricky bedtimes, or just feeling exhausted, you deserve support that is:
– Gentle
– Non-judgmental
– Rooted in both science and real life
Every family is different. Every child is different.
There’s no one size fits all here.
If you’re tired and wondering where to start, you’re in the right place.
